Seven:Thirty
Brand architecture for an esthetician-founded skincare line moving from B2B into omnichannel retail: naming, identity, packaging, clinic interior, campaigns, and go-to-market.

Challenge
The founder had built a genuinely successful business selling to professionals. Scaling it into a consumer brand meant starting over on nearly everything, because what convinces an esthetician is not what moves someone standing in front of a shelf. There was no consumer-facing name, no packaging system, no retail presence, and no internal process for running a brand across channels.

Solution
Built the brand from naming and identity through packaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategy, including sourcing the vendors to actually produce it. Redesigned the clinic interior end to end, so the physical space told the same story as the shelf. Art directed all photography, led three teams, and managed budgets and production. Built the process flows the company needed to operate across channels and worked with the C-suite so leadership could make brand decisions without me in the room. Landed an exclusive Yelp Elite activation to put the brand in front of consumers directly.
